I really hope he gets a real chance to stick around. A good hire.
Binns too. I think the wide receivers have shown improvement this season.
Hard not to like Braun from the way he carries himself and addresses the team.

I get the feeling that Braun is enjoying his gig as HC. Hope he wins at least 4 and loses the Interim.
That assumes our “leaders” have enough good sense to make him permanent. They have not shown much sense recently.
If he wins 4 amidst this shitshow, after already losing to RU, he deserves it. That's close to Dennis Green level
Before the season (given last year's results and the offseason situation), I'd have said that it was likely a 1 or 2 win season (obviously Howard was the expected win and then another win off one of the lesser teams on the schedule).
So 4 wins would definitely be in the range where I think giving Braun another year has to be looked at...
It's going to be tough to get to 4 wins, but we should have our chances against Purdue, Illinois, Nebraska. This week against Duke should tell us a lot more about this team given Duke's one of the 3 toughest on the schedule (Iowa's defense is elite as always and Penn State looks to be a CFP contender).
