NU sent the whole coaching staff to Houston for the in-home visit on Sunday night. Kopp said it went really well. He's set to come in this weekend for his official; it will be his first time on campus.
Collins sees Kopp taking Scottie Lindsey's role after next year. I thought he was more of a 3 than a 2, but Collins would like to see Kopp and Law out there together defensively. He can play either spot, of course,
Kopp had his official to Butler a couple weekends ago. It sounded like that went pretty well, but after talking to him, I wouldn't be surprised if Kopp commits to NU this weekend or shortly after. I also think he's NU's clear No. 1 choice for the remaining scholarship.
