Jerry did a great job in getting 66 Cat fans good seats at today's game. He fronted the costs and went to the stadium about 3 hours early to hand out the tickets.

Notable board members were in attendance-Glades, Turk, Just Gary and others

Kudos to Duke for providing free water and misting/cooling tents. Several old timers required emergency treatment for dehydration or heat exhaustion-there could have been a lot more without Duke's Heat Protection Plan

Didn't catch what the temp was down there. How hot did it get? I remember going to the 2008 game down there and it was so hot that even the guys from the south were complaining.

I thought it was pretty hot, and I live in South Florida. I was at the game in 2008. I thought the game this year was hotter but the previous game was a lot more humid.

Yes, Jerry did a great job. He puts a lot of effort into getting guys their tickets including standing in front of the gate for three hours waiting for people to pick up tickets.

It was good to see Glades also. The amount of NU fans in the crowd was pretty awesome. The team noticed that as well and they definitely appreciate the support. For us to have a good travelling presents makes a huge difference in bowl selection.
