This is well-written and a fair assessment. I'd like to quibble about one point: "offense that has not been able to consistently move the ball and put up points in over a decade."
It's been a long time, but not a decade. The 2016-2018 offenses were decent. Really, only 2012 was better than that stretch in Fitz tenure. Anyway, they definitely need to improve
