So, if NU does not make a change of either head coach, or coordinators, what does it say about the program? I ask the question under the premise that most other coaches/coordinators in this position would either be gone by now or on a serious hot seat.

Do recruits and other coaching candidates think Fitz has the job for life, win, lose or draw? Does it imply that NU is the type of program that can only be run by someone like Fitz (former player) and others cannot be successful here?

Every time I get asked to give more money to the program, I am told that if we want to compete with the “big boys” we need to spend money and run a program like the “big boys”. It doesn’t feel like we are making coaching decisions like the “big boys”.
