Cappy,

Dreaming, but last time we knocked off a team ranked in the top ten?

I see a lot of Purdue and Illinois in that list, along with a Nebraska. I now have hope for a bowl, given the state of the B1G West this year.

Manually looking through every box score on sports-reference.com. It's not glamorous, but great for a rainy Sunday morning.
My best college football research happened with a phone in my right hand and a bottle in my left and my daughter on my lap and the late night highlights on my tv circa 6am Sunday morning.

And then we’d both fall asleep and I’d drop the bottle on the floor, but usually not the baby.

Babies are resilient anyways.

That would be 2011 at #9 Nebraska, first time we played them as conference foes. Prior to that was 2009 at #8 Iowa and 2004 vs #7 OSU.
One of my favorite things is Nebraska coming into the Big Ten thinking they were going to be the next Ohio State and turning out to be the next Northwestern.
