Five-star Hunter Johnson, the No. 1 QB in the Class of 2017 and younger brother of current Wildcat Cole Johnson says the following in a BlueandGold.com story:
"I kind of feel like I'm down to a couple of schools now," Johnson said. "Probably Tennessee, Notre Dame, and I have been talking to Stanford quite a bit now. There are some other schools here and there, but I feel like I'm in a good spot and I just don't want to rush anything."
I haven't been able to connect with Hunter yet, but this is consistent with what I'm hearing about NU's chances.
