Here's the new look of Rivals' front pages. You'll notice it's a much cleaner, simpler and more uncluttered look, with content stacked vertically for scrolling. It will look identical on your mobile device, too -- a big plus and one of the primary reasons for the change. It also mirrors the look of the new message boards.
All in all, the migration went pretty smoothly, even if it was a couple days later than we expected. I had to manually fix some of the older stories -- adding pictures, fixing teaser text, etc. -- but it wasn't too bad.
