The obvious question - How bad would the last 15 years have been without Doc Hankwitz?

Anyone who doesn't think that Mike Hankwitz is THE GREATEST assistant coach in the history of college football (yes, 400 wins at the FBS level should have removed all doubt) ... I think we have some pretty strong evidence of his greatness. Fitz (or Northwestern) should be paying that man for the rest of his life.

The only reason we got Hank was because he got fired by Bielema at Wisky because he was thought to not be a good recruiter and Hank reached out to Barnett for help and Barnett suggested him to Fitz.

No Hank? No way we are as good as we have been.

Why we didn't just promote an assistant is beyond me. Why change systems?

Should have gotten the Pitt DC who had coached here under Hank instead and just said to him "its not broke - dont fix it".
