Smith has been less than impressive and I feel like we know what we have with him. Sounds like if Johnson is listed as 4th string then he is done for the season. I seriously doubt Fitz will do it, but at what point do we give someone else a try at QB. Considering how poorly Smith has played, it is very concerning that no one on the coaching staff is very high on any of the other QBs. This season is absolute failure, but what will make this season even worse is if we go into next season without knowing who are QB of the future is.

It’s basically Smith or Marty, it appears. Recall that Whitaker was moved to SB for a brief period, suggesting that he was basically the bottom guy.
