This doesn‘t provide all the information I’d want, but there are a couple nuggets. first, many schools are using the same agency facilitator as us. Second, although I knew the Illinois law was restrictive, it’s more restrictive than I thought. It would be interesting to see comparisons with other states’ NIL laws, especially where we’ve read about large NIL deals.
