I know most will probably stream, but our tourney game on TruTv is a pretty big slap in the face.

I guess I can see being bumped by duke and Texas, but those games should not be that competitive.

All the other 7-10 matchups got either cbs tbs, or tnt.

TruTv is the same as all of the others, except there’ll be Impractical Jokers on if you fall asleep during the postgame.

Correct. As others have pointed out, TruTV has been covering these games for a number of years.

It's also one of the most widely-distributed cable channels. As of a few years ago it was in more households than ESPN. It doesn't get a ton of viewers because of its programming but it is not hard to find.

Yeah TBH I’ve never noticed much correlation at all between the predictive of individual games and which of the networks they’re on. Because the whole schedule is lined up in a sequence on four channels and times are set in advance, the best they can do is maybe pick the best prime time game to be on CBS and then that basically dictates the rest of the entire alignment for the day

I hate watching wildcat games in a bar , this purple lunatic is very intense when it comes to wildcat games I need my space and need to be housed alone ha ha
Get a grip, man. It's only a game...

(I'm, of course, kidding)

Come on man, before they went into using the CBS/TNT/TBS/TruTv format, there was a chance you would only be able to see 10 minutes of our game.

There was an in between time where you could watch any entire game but you'd have to stream it on your computer or some other device. No convenient apps on your TV. I remember hooking up my laptop to the TV, using and HDMI cable, so I could watch a game through a web browser, on my TV.

On top of that, if you want to see it from an "exposure" angle, we could be on CBS at 12:15 and that would be worse than playing a night slot on TruTV.

Personally happy the game is at 7:35. Just got some BS sprung upon me at work and my plans for sitting on my couch all day just went down the drain.

I have FUBO tv and it does not have TBS or TRU. I love FUBO but I will look for alternative source of game. I used to pay over $400/month for DirecTV and FUBO is only $69/month. I augment it with FloSports, Peacock, BritTV for another $15/month

You probably can make it through the tournament with trials for Youtube, Hulu, Sling... Or, if you are more adventurous, you can go the IPTV way

Way too much fooling around and anxiety inducing nonsense. With Spectrum, I'm able to get every college basketball game and football game that interests me, and plenty that don't. I will be able to get all of the March Madness games simply by turning on my T.V. During basketball season I frequently tune in to the ACC network to watch my other alma mater, Pitt, as well as Duke and NC because of the presence of Young and Nance. Peace of mind is a beautiful thing! ;)

YouTube TV is about the same price, but has all the sports stations - TBS, TRU, MLB, NFL, NBA, BTN, ESPNs, SEC, etc....

Can't believe I'm advertising for Google......

All this nonsense remains the main reason I'm a millennial who hasn't cut the cord yet. Well, that and paying for internet separately from TV ends up being so expensive you don't really save much.
