I wonder the extent to which his wrestling has kept off some "good weight" throughout his high school career. Even though he's a heavyweight, the conditioning for wrestling tends not to favor bigger, bulkier guys.

Great story Lou. Glad to hear his comments about needing to improve his get off as I had a similar observation and comment about that on this board after watching him closely in the State Championship game earlier this year. His jump off the snap is poor and really puts him behind the eight ball. It’s pretty amazing to think about all the plays he made behind the line of scrimmage despite this deficiency.

Going up against that monster Faalele had to be a real trip for O'Rourke. Few of us have ever seen a guy that big (unless you frequent strongman competitions), let alone play against one.

I got into a confrontation with one in a bar in Confluence, PA. An angry out-of-work steelworker playing an anti-coal environmental scientist in a game of pool. Something right out of Mad Magazine.

"Feets don't fail me now!"
