Hanlon's great. I love how he calls Hankwitz a "young man".
Guys...I have some important news. It is with great sadness I report that there's no point for the NU players to get off the bus tomorrow, for they are going to get absolutely destroyed in this game. Northwestern is slow, unathletic, lacking in playmakers, and undisciplined. They have been GASHED by their opponents repeatedly.
You can read all about it here: http://mgoblog.com/content/preview-northwestern-2015

Glad to know Michigan has tight ends and no other teams like say Stanford use tight ends. Great video study there
Whatever will we do?Stanford uses tight ends (and fullbacks), but not to the same extent that UM does. On the year 22.1% of SU's receptions have gone to TE/FBs vs 40.5% of receptions for UM. That is enough stylistic difference to be worth mentioning. UM has the highest TE/FB utilitzation in the country I believe.
Whatever will we do?
Well, I'm a silly guy. Actually your observation was interesting. I was just being... well, I was just being me.Figure out a way to adapt I suppose. But saying that a preview is off base because it points out a potential matchup issue with UMs tight ends "because we played Stanford" is silly.
