Where’s the Trib coverage of Notre Dame?

Heading into yesterday’s game, they were running 2-3 articles a day, with at least one on the front page. After the game, you have to search the paper for the lone article.

What gives, Trib? Afraid your readers don’t want to see bad news?

You're not wrong but have you been operating under the impression that the media is driven by some altruism of fair, equal and truthful coverage?
It is all driven by eyeballs = $$$$$$$$ no matter if it's FOX and the Enquirer or MSN and the New York Times.
 
On the other hand both The Salt Lake City Tribune and the Sun Times equivalent Deseret News have been putting out non stop coverage about our upcoming bowl game with lots of ink devoted to The Northwestern Wildcats.
