AJ Henning, the No. 2 prospect in Illinois, is the headliner among a group of prospects visiting Northwestern for the first weekend practice of the spring on Saturday.
Here are four notable recruits that are expected to be on hand:
Four-star 2020 ATH AJ Henning of Frankfort (Ill.) Lincoln Way East. Henning has been to NU multiple times and is being recruited as a slot WR. He has 26 offers, including notables like Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio State, LSU and Stanford.
Three-star 2020 LB Jordan Turner of Farmington (Mich.). The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder has a 19-school offer list that includes NU, Michigan and Wisconsin.
2020 SB Hunter Welcing of Lake Zurich (Ill.). Welcing is also a linebacker and has one offer thus far, from Western Michigan.
2021 S Justin Walters of Bolingbrook (Ill.). The 6-foot-1, 170-pound sophomore already has five offers, including Iowa and Iowa State from the Power Five.
