Who recruits Texas?

On the current staff, which assistant coach is primarily responsible for the Texas? It seems the Cats are doing well in the state, and especially in the Houston area.

Always have done very well in the state dating back to when Fitz was the primary recruiter (mostly Houston). Several coaches recruit the State. Ayeni was the primary guy in Houston but coach Mac also recruits the state/Dallas area. Not sure who has taken over Coach Lou's territory.

I'm pretty sure that Hicks, the new CB coach, took over the Houston area.
