I received an email from my ticket rep a few weeks ago saying season ticket seat selection would be the week of July 17th and I would be notified before that week of my date and time. I heard nothing the week of the 10th. As of yesterday I had heard nothing the week of the 17th. So I emailed my rep and asked for an update. Now she claims the selection will be the week of the 24th and I'll be notified at least 72 hours in advance. We'll see. This is, of course, the typical amateur level of operations I've come to expect from the Ticket Office.
