Why Do People Say Fitz Should Not Be Fired?

I do not think Fitz will be fired. Do I think he should? My answer is please tell what organization, other than a government program or a charity would allow such performance.

There is a lot of commentary by posters on Fitz' status and some folks state that he should not be fired. Why? Just want to understand folks reasoning.
