We just need a point guard to break the press and not turn the ball over. I would prefer Greer start instead of Turner. I want a point guard on the floor for all 60 minutes of the game. Hopefully Ash will be cleared soon to go full go. If we have a healthy point guard,we are a sweet sixteen team.

Are you anticipating multiple OTs?

We can upset Michigan next week. This is Wrassler's " No Respect Tour"! We just need a point guard to play 60 minutes without turning the ball over! Turner ain't the answer. Turner is a small forward.

Is Northwestern bad again? It was annoying that the only game I went to last year was a loss to a bad Northwestern team.

Yeah, that must have sucked. Hey, what are your plans for the conference championship game on Saturday?

Not watch. Btw, this is a basketball forum.

You didn't answer my question, though. Is NW better this year? I've seen a couple of their scores and those were good.

Thanks for letting me know the differences between the various message boards on here.

We're different. We graduated a prolific senior class, have a large and talented freshman class, and are working in two transfers to the lineup. We're also playing in our own home building this season. None of us really knows, but we've beaten two straight (subpar, but still) P5 teams in our last two games, pretty comfortably in both of them despite a lackluster half in each game.

NU-Michigan has been a fun hoops series of late, especially in the games here.

My view is that we are showing promise and improvement. Ga. Tech's only other loss so far was to Tennesee on the road. We have been using 2 6'7" wings as our starting guards. One (Law) is a 4 year starter who has almost always guarded the opponent's best non-post player, including point guards. He is also our leading scorer so far. The other (Turner) is a BC transfer who lead the ACC in assist/turnover ratio 2 years ago.

Wrestler seems to think we need a short guy to play the point. He is wrong. Magic proved that.

Thought you might be confused because you were trolling about football on a basketball forum.

"Subpar" P5 wins are still nice resume builders IMO. You guys have played us tough. Didn't we lose a double OT game a couple years ago? Crazy game IIRC. The wife and I drove down from Milwaukee last year to watch Michigan get wedgied and then I got a speeding ticket on the way home. Dumb.

The team will go as far as Pardon, Law and Taylor will carry us. The rest of the team gives us decent depth. Kopp and Nance are going to be quality players as they get experience. The lack of a point guard who can penetrate is our biggest weakness.
