Wonder if we can "surprise" Stanford with QB's like Cal did to us

Seems a monster uphill battle to win this one but maybe Fitz has something up his sleeve or a QB has separated himself, or there are special packages.

Will require something special to pull out a win here but hey, it's the first game so who knows what might happen with the game in Evanston.

Stanfords offense wasn't good last year and their defense lost a lot to graduation. Not saying we should be favored but I don't think we need to be scared of them either.

Stanford lost to Notre Dame last year so there's no way we can beat Stanford this year.
