Big Ten Media Days opens today at the Chicago Hilton. But the NU contingent won't be there until Friday, so @ChappyCat and I will be heading downtown tomorrow to talk to Fitz, Paddy, JoeGaz and JT.
The schedule is not a good one for us in terms of logistics. Fitz takes the dais in the big ballroom on Friday from 8:45-9 am, but the players don't take their individual podiums until 5-6 pm. That's due to the luck of the draw, plus the fact that the Big Ten Kickoff Luncheon takes up two hours in the middle of the day. The end result is a long day for Chappy and I -- though at least they'll feed us!
