Once again, NU is featured as on the the Admirable programs by The Wall Street Journal":

" up at Northwestern can boast about their players wielding the highest APR in teh FBS - no to mention back-to-back winning seasons on the field".

NU makes it into the top right quadrant on the Admirable-Powerhouse dimension, along with Wisconsin, Washington, Clemson and Kansas State. Minny, Vandy and MSU make bottom left "Weakling/Embarrassing". PSU is all alone at bottom right "Powerhouse/Embarrassing".

(Gotta get the WSJ to quit using the N-Cat though)

Interesting that Stanford just above the embarrassing line.

Hell no. That's our brand! I'm glad people will see the N-Cat in the admirable powerhouse quadrant and know that stands for Northwestern and not Nebraska or Navy.

Agree with Feral on the "N Cat." As a branding icon the "N-Cat" was and remains genius.

Long live the "N-Cat."
