The last four games, with two road wins, the defeat of the top ranked team and a last second win over the presumed runner up have been remarkable, like nothing in the years I have followed the Cats’ basketball team. Nonetheless, a loss to Iowa would throw the Cats back in the mosh pit of teams chasing Purdue. The second half against Indiana was painful until the last two seconds, and Iowa is a tough matchup for NU. I would really like to see the Cats remain the talk of the conference. It would be great to win Sunday and keep the excitement going, particularly with a road game against the Illini following.
