It appears that Northwestern is not actively pursuing Jovan Swann.
Despite the fact that the three-star defensive tackle recently listed Northwestern as one of his favorites and included it among his desired official visits, the Wildcats are standing pat with defensive tackle commits Alex Miller and Jake Saunders.
I had our Corey Bodden reach out to Swann, and this was his reply via text today:
"Northwestern has stated to me that they are in a holding pattern on scholarships and I could not plan an official visit with them this fall."
This is consistent with what sources were telling me earlier this year and what I had posted on The Rock.
