It wasn't that close. Cats got a bit sloppy towards the end, but my goodness this team is a wagon. Izzy Scane is an unstoppable force of nature. I can't wait to see what they do against #1 North Carolina on Sunday.
'Cats lowered the boom on Stanford today 20 - 9. Erin 6 goals, Taylor 5, Izzy 4, and Hailey R. 4.
Now she's faking the behind the back shots? Pretty awesome stuff...
Total domination of PSU, and vengeance for b-ball, by the Cats tonight. Great capacity crowd, enhanced by the inaugural presence of Hungry Jack, rocked Ryan Fieldhouse. Strongest CatsLax team in recent memory. Izzy with her usual superlative scoring performance.
Also, Alaskawildkat's friend's daughter, Samantha Smith, scored back to back goals and our fabulous fteshman, Madison Taylor, had 2, as did Coykendall. Dyian Amonte rounded out the scoring with 1, and the defense was great the entire game. Watched it on BTN.

Syracuse beat North Carolina 14-12 today in Chapel Hill. Those two will be our toughest competition.
I missed seeing the first 20-30 minutes on TV. Was any explanation given for the number change?
She's having such a great season that they decided to retire her number before it ends.
