I have seen a lot of Whittaker, both at a pair of Rivals Camps in the off-season and then for a game this fall. He is a tall, strong-armed kid with a clean delivery and the ability to put the football anywhere on the field. Different than Thorson because he is not as athletic, but he can get out and move his feet if necessary. When national analyst @MFarrell first saw Whittaker throw last spring he commented to me he expected he'd be a 20-offer kid before all was said and done.
