We would be lucky to be 3-9
Rutgers was a clearly improved team

I'm happy with rooting for my Wildcats and having the season actually play out before making dire predictions. The BIG champs were fairly pedestrian (and, in the eyes of their fanbase, FAR worse with that) after two games last year.

Nope. I actually have an irrational feeling that NU will do really well against BGSU.

But posts that deflect from the fact that this program has vastly underperformed to start the season in three of the past four years are missing the point. This is not a one-off problem.
