Chatted tonight with Saline, Mich., 2016 QB Joshua Jackson. He picked up his first two offers today from Eastern Michigan and Northwestern. Jackson is the son of Michigan assistant coach Fred Jackson who was on Brady Hoke's staff (and Rich Rodriguez, Lloyd Carr, Gary Moeller, etc. before that) but with Hoke being fired he is currently in limbo about where he will be next year. Jackson's older brother lives near Evanston, and the sense I got from talking to Josh is that there is a lot of respect in his family for the Northwestern program and University. I will have a full update out tomorrow on Josh.
