Assuming you're right, and assuming Fitz is right, that's an indictment of JON, not Fitz and not the assistants. A leader can't be so inflexibly wedded to a system that people can't use. If it's "too complex" you ought to fix or junk the system.it’s pretty clear Fitz didn’t let Jim run his system because it’s too complex for the assistants and players to understand
