The guy has a ton of experience and runs an aggressive, attacking defense that gets after the QB. Plays a lot of in your face man coverage and not scared to blitz. Exactly what the bears need.
The young kid Johnson hired as offensive coordinator is a rising star. Sean Payton thinks the world of this kid which is a pretty good sign. Johnson was smart to keep HT as special teams coach who is very well respected around the league and by his players.
