Beat Indiana and keep the season alive

We must beat IU at home on Wednesday given Sunday at Illinois is a likely loss. If we go 1-1 against those two we have 3 games at home that could get us back to 6-6 in the league. Don’t quit on this team. We are still in the fight, albeit barely at the moment.

What do you mean by “alive”?

The season only dies if we fall in the bottom 3 and miss the BTT.

Frankly… our only chance of making March Madness this season is if we get hot, find a point guard, and win the BTT.

CCC’s offensive system… falls apart without a top caliber PG.

Our defense is just fine. 🙏

There is a definitely an at-large pathway that is not unrealistic. Can the cats beat Indiana Wisconsin Rutgers and USC at home? While it is unlikely they win all four, i don’t think it would surprise anyone. Cats should be favored in 3 of those games and maybe a small dog to Wisconsin? 6-6 in the league with a reasonable remaining schedule would make things interesting again. Am I an NU dreamer? Yes. Is it possible? Yes.

Aren’t we 2 games behind last year’s pace? We are 2-5 in B1G now and last year were 4-3, I believe.

Not sure of exact record, moreso just looking at home/away wins and losses. Looking at schedule before season, can’t imagine anyone would have had us at anything better than 3-4 right now.

The bad teams are starting to win games that NU couldn't. Tonight Minnesota won at Iowa and OSU won at Purdue. NU needs to win tomorrow or they'll just start to have too much ground to cover and not enough beatable teams left on the schedule.

Ticket prices suggest a large Indiana turnout.
I have to think 90% of NU fans would take IU +6.5
