Assuming Georgia and Florida State both won, and assuming the Pac-12 winner is in no matter what, I think Texas would be first in line to replace Michigan with a win.

The conference gets $6M for each playoff team and $4M for each NY6 team, so they'd lose $2M assuming Michigan, OSU were still in NY6.
