Hey guys, @CappyNU gave me an unpaid vacation from the Wildcat Report. I’m not sure why but I have some news you will like.

Last night, my lawyers informed me that Northwestern has FINALLY subpoenaed me.

I reached out to Ben Crump’s legal team in mid-2023 and become a witness to help the players. Everything they said is true. I have compiled evidence, two decades of witnesses - some of whom are prominent non-football Northwestern alumni - and prepared my young family for this.

Northwestern has a disturbing history of using its private university status to shield its employees, staff, and certain individuals from repercussions. I have been outspoken for this and “outed” myself publicly for several reasons.

Despite some posters’ claims to the contrary: I do not need Northwestern’s money. I started therapy in 2012 to deal with a lot of things; I thought the Northwestern assaults were in my past when I quit the team and Fitzgerald took over.

I am speaking out because I feel guilty. Some of the same players we cheered for the past two decades were abused. They look to me because I am the oldest public victim (there are many more with repressed or private difficulties from the hazing).

One of my asks for Northwestern - which is non-financial, as all my asks will be, is to Fully Investigate every single one of the allegations in this nupredators Twitter thread.

They need to release their reports. Fitz, Gragg, Jim Phillips, Rick Taylor, and others still need to answer for this. They were paid millions of leaders and ignored abuse.

One of Fitz’s star players who later became an NFL star is accused twice of rape. And there are many more disturbing stories.

Honestly… I’m speaking out about what happened to help all these kids.

I’m in my 40s. I’ve had a very successful business career. But what happened to me as a freshman on the football team really messed me up for a while, even after I quit the team to focus on my engineering studies.

These kids? They are very brave. And they have my word that Northwestern’s lawyers, Schill, Loretta Lynch, and the entire BoT will be hearing these stories very soon.

You can ban me from Yahoo’s Rivals for life. I don’t care.

I stand proudly with every single victim of Northwestern’s awful, immature, privileged, and sexually abusive campus culture. And I look forward to court. 👍

CMT,

Good luck at the depo. They can be stressful. And follow your attorney’s advice.
Thanks @fcmchi . I appreciate your support as football winds down and we fans prepare for another Big Ten basketball & wrestling season. 🏀

I’ve been in business for decades… lawyers and depositions are part of doing business in America. 🇺🇸

The lawyers must read Wildcat Report. On second thought they clearly don’t read Wildcat report.

Eh, keep in mind that litigation is a machine you enter as a cow, and leave as a sausage.
