Bowser having a hellva game in the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl

2 x TDs on 26 carries for 115 yards (long of 36). And still ~ 10 mins to go in the 4th.

Good to see Isaiah healthy and bulldozin.
Glad he finished with a really strong game. Even though I’m happy with our RBs as is, I’d love to have still had him on our team. But I’m glad he got to play in a bowl this year, and was the workhorse tonight.

Also happy for his hometown of Sydney, Ohio. I recall seeing people wearing Sydney letter jackets at home games. I think they even chartered a few buses to go to our first BIG Championship game. If I remember correctly, I think they were invited to the Purple Party by the gentleman who host it. I'm thinking that is CSC. Anyway, I always loved the story about how he captured the imagination and the hearts of his hometown. Would have loved to have seen him end his career on a high note an NU, but nevertheless, just happy he got the storybook ending.

Great game by Bowser.

Doesn’t he have one year of college eligibility left due to COVID?

I thought Bowser was the MVP although the young man that won it was great as well. Bowser really put it all together.

Here’s an article where “sports illustrated” compares him to Curtis Martin and Edgerrin James, and then you realize the sports illustrated brand was sold five years ago and this is just some UCF Jabroni site. Goddammit.

Gonna be a pro! Congratulations

I laughed when I saw the comparison with EJames and Curtis Martin. He might make the pros with his vision and all-around RB skills, but those guys were considerably quicker than Bowser.

Bowser seemed to quit his fumbling woes and ran for some tough yardage, but he doesn't have the wiggle you need (like JJTBC has) to be a pro.

If he was a legitimate NFL prospect he wouldn't be returning to UCF. Hope he has another great final season there.
My comment was based on my eyeballing his overall physical and athletic tools and finding him entirely short of NFL standards in all of size, speed, and quickness, but your take plays just fine too.
