What a shame! 😂 The dude quit on us because he wasn’t guaranteed the starting job. The ultimate sign of entitlement. Karma is a bitch.

They were up 24-14 late, I believe. And then Sully got stuffed on a 4th and 1 sneak that ended the game. What was the choke. Didn't see the end

He did not quit on NU. Football players want to play football. He went to a spot where he saw a path to playing football. The main reason why he committed to NU in the 1st place also was no longer at NU. He also got to play with some friends again in Iowa. Dude gave it his all here. You don’t need to post this. Bad look. What a shame! 😂 The dude quit on us because he wasn’t guaranteed the starting job. The ultimate sign of entitlement. Karma is a bitch.
So was his farewell bible message…This seems unnecessary.
The sneak wasn’t his fault. His fault was sitting in the pocket and taking a huge sack, something we also saw. And Gill’s drop was really the most costly mistake. Sullivan threw a good ball. Can’t really pin a failed sneak completely on the QB. But any day Iowa loses is a good day, especially to Mizzou.
Grow a pair. He quit on his team. We should not be pulling for him. He could have EARNED the job but instead wanted something guaranteed to him because he’s a mentally weak tool. Good riddance. The more I pay attention to your posts, the more I realize what a tool you are. What a guy you are getting your jollies ridiculing former NU players.
He could have left after last season and I would have had zero animosity for him. The way he left was the issue. He’s a quitter. He did not quit on NU. Football players want to play football. your the tool. the guy is 100% right. Sullivan was never any good and quit on his team when he didn’t get his way. He’ll never play another down. The more I pay attention to your posts, the more I realize what a tool you are. What a guy you are getting your jollies ridiculing former NU players.
Another player that was never very good.Jacob gill with a huge dropped ball at the ends well.
Maybe if you talked to the guy you would understand the full picture. He could have left after last season and I would have had zero animosity for him. The way he left was the issue. He’s a quitter.

Thank you. Too many people on this thread have a short memory and/or are very soft. Sully became the enemy.Bets were off after Sully clearly talked a lot of shit against NU, IMO.
Don’t make me laugh. He got his degree, represented NU to the best of his abilities on and off the field and made the choice, which was his to make, to go somewhere else where he had a better chance to play. These guys love playing football and for many of them this is their last chance to play the game they love. None of us are entitled to criticize them for making a move based on a desire to get more playing time.Grow a pair. He quit on his team. We should not be pulling for him. Why I am not surprised. What a total D-bag.your the tool. the guy is 100% right. Sullivan was never any good and quit on his team when he didn’t get his way. He’ll never play another down.

No kidding. How can anyone have a problem with that?
If anything, Sullivan's decision to leave was vindicated by what Lujan, Wright and Lausch did this past season.
You’re out of your mind. Colter is the genius who effectively started the avalanche that resulted in the NIL chaos that has ruined college football.Don’t make me laugh. Furthermore, I recently read your disgusting post regarding Kain Colter. Pound for pound Kain was probably the toughest football player to wear a Northwestern uniform in the last twenty five years and he has paid dearly for putting his body on the line while wearing a Northwestern uniform. He deserves our respect, gratitude and compassion and instead you felt compelled to pile on him while he is down. Says a whole lot about you.
He certainly did put his body on the line, but I don't know whether or not Kain's behavioral issues are related to his play on the field (post hoc ergo propter hoc). As others have pointed out, mental issues do often manifest in young men in their 20s regardless of whether or not they played football. Since it is a possibility, though, I'll refrain from belittling him for the troubles he has sadly faced.Pound for pound Kain was probably the toughest football player to wear a Northwestern uniform in the last twenty five years and he has paid dearly for putting his body on the line while wearing a Northwestern uniform. all I see in that video is the entire left side of the Iowa offensive line falling on their faces as if they were shaving points.
I'll never understand the desire in some to belittle people, especially a person they've never met. Ultimately says more about the belittler than the belittle-ee.He certainly did put his body on the line, but I don't know whether or not Kain's behavioral issues are related to his play on the field (post hoc ergo propter hoc). The worst collective blocking I've ever seen.
Mizzou laying 2.5, ahead by 3.
It sure looked like it to me. Definitely not on dame page, as that might have been the worse sneak ever.Look closer. Did he mess up the snap count? What was that hesitation? Not a great effort, no matter how you slice it.
Do you follow politics?I'll never understand the desire in some to belittle people, especially a person they've never met. Ultimately says more about the belittler than the belittle-ee.
"Coach Lester has been super transparent," Sullivan said. "It's the name of the game these days. You've got to compete. If you're scared of competing, then you shouldn't be playing the game. So I'm here, staying, playing for Iowa, and I'm going to continue to compete to the best of my abilities."No. 19 Missouri 27, Iowa 24: QBNone
Brendan Sullivan had an opportunity to solidify himself as QB1 on Monday. He, and the Hawkeyes, came up short.iowa.rivals.com
Looks like Sully will be competing for the QB job next year with Iowa.

🤣
Everyone is convinced that he had dropped to third string (4th if you include Wright). Why would he stay?your the tool. the guy is 100% right. Sullivan was never any good and quit on his team when he didn’t get his way. He’ll never play another down.
