Can’t blame everything on the coaches. The amount of missed tackles, poor angles and lack of physical strength at the point of attack cannot be blamed on O’Neill. He inherited these defensive players. Watch the tape carefully, players are in position but just don’t make plays or get run over. As we all know, the linebackers are especially weak and undersized. The “high character“ guys only go so far, we need some athletes and killers on defense, just don’t have them.
