Wide receiver Justice Shelton-Mosley tweeted last night that he will make his college decision in November, but the interesting thing is that he's not sure yet of which schools are his finalists.

The three-star prospect from Sacramento (Calif.) Capital Christian previously had a Top 4 of Boston College, Duke, Harvard and Northwestern. But he said via text message last night that Cal has replaced Duke among his favorite schools -- though nothing, it seems, has been set in stone.

"I'm actually not sure yet on anything," he texted. "Looking to have a meeting with my coach to choose permanent top schools."

He said that he would "most likely" take an official visit to Northwestern, adding that "(I) haven't scheduled anything yet."

Shelton-Mosley has thus far taken one official visit, to Harvard on the weekend of Oct. 19. He can take up to four more official visits, per NCAA rules.

The 5-foot-10, 165-pounder was busy last night but agreed to a time for a phone interview tonight.
