Just curious for the other lawyers on the board - hypothetically speaking, what plausible causes of action exist against Dr. Cragg for his negligent mismanagement of the athletic department and who might have standing to bring such an action?

They can fire him for just cause. Just 'cause he sucks at his job.

Sadly, the thing is, his boss probably LIKES his performance. Gagg would take credit for taking Collins to the woodshed, getting Fitz to shake up his staff, (curiously absent during Baseball mess and Football hazing, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain in Italy - his boss told him to stay). Home-run football coach falls in his lap. Huge stadium project underway, He will get one or two gigantic Red teams to suck up a bunch of season tickets and look like a hero. Never mind that actual fans won't be able to see the team.

This guy has failed upward his entire career. We are stuck with him.

Does anyone know the term of his contract? I would like him terminated but the next best thing might be to pass on renewing his contract.
