He doesn't dare. That said I am sure that tape will be sent to the supervisor of BIG officials. But at this point an appology is likely all they can getAnybody know when and where we can watch it? Hopefully he is lighting up the officials.
Collins won't. He almost did that once after the Gonzaga screw job, but stopped short. He'll just continue playing the "nice guy" act with Big Ten officials...Anybody know when and where we can watch it? Hopefully he is lighting up the officials.
I was surprised Collins was so calm after the inadvertant whistle screw job, but let's not pretend he never screams at the refs. Remember @Purdue last year?Collins won't. He almost did that once after the Gonzaga screw job, but stopped short. He'll just continue playing the "nice guy" act with Big Ten officials...
- And they'll continue to screw NU season, after season, after season
- Fran McCaffrey once found the Big Ten refs in the tunnel after the game and screamed "You cheating motherf***er!" You're a f***ing disgrace!"... well, now Iowa gets treated fairly
- PSU coach Mike Rhoades has zero history in the Big Ten, he's two years in, and noww his team gets a whistle against NU like nothing I've ever seen
- NU suffered one of the craziest screw jobs I've ever seen in the closing seconds. What does Collins do? He remains docile and shakes hands. Well, I hope the nice guy routine makes him lots of friends. It doesn't get him calls
- Frankly, NU fans have to question: "If Collins doesn't care enough to get fired up and show some real emotion, why should we?"
It’s on YouTube. He didn’t say anything bad. Didn’t even give the passive aggressive “no comment” that you might expect.Anybody know when and where we can watch it? Hopefully he is lighting up the officials.
If that was in the tunnel it is out of site. Can do things out of sight that you cannot do in full viewCollins won't. He almost did that once after the Gonzaga screw job, but stopped short. He'll just continue playing the "nice guy" act with Big Ten officials...

I like you more and more every day, especially with that chain wallet. You guys kill me. For years on this same board, we heard NU never gets calls because CCC whines too much to the refs. Now he doesn’t go beserk, and people complain that he should have!
Yes was last year…..tremendous ejection. Was it last year CC went nuts near the end of the game on the baseline and in the face of a ref at Purdue? I felt like the NU paid for that for a few games.
It's obvious refs talk and they have long memories. It's never worth it to show them up ... unless MAYBE it does something for your team.
That was Courtney Green. Interestingly, that game was the 4th NU game he had called last year out of 47 total games this far - but then he did not ref another NU game the rest of the season, despite calling 33 more games including 11 conference games, 3 conference tourney games, and two at Barclay's during the tournament. He has not called one this season either so far.Was it last year CC went nuts near the end of the game on the baseline and in the face of a ref at Purdue? Who knows for real, but in the clip above Collins says specifically that he hasn't seen the tape and just has to trust that the three guys at the monitor got it right.Collins exceptionally calm and deferential. Wonder if he hasn’t seen the tape or if he’s putting on an act because he has to. And if that act is smart/beneficial. Not sure.
Thats a mature response in the moment - if you haven't watched the tape why risk looking foolish.Who knows for real, but in the clip above Collins says specifically that he hasn't seen the tape and just has to trust that the three guys at the monitor got it right.
Inaccurate statement. CCC fights against the machine valiantly. Just without success.Collins won't. He almost did that once after the Gonzaga screw job, but stopped short. He'll just continue playing the "nice guy" act with Big Ten officials...

Man, and I thought I was paying close attention. He got thrown out of a game arguing with refs last year at the Purdue game!!!!Collins won't. He almost did that once after the Gonzaga screw job, but stopped short. He'll just continue playing the "nice guy" act with Big Ten officials...
