Do you remember when Hankwitz exposed skinny Goff from California?

Hankwitz made studs like Saquon Barkley look mortal.

He exposed skinny Jared Goff too back at California. Except Skinny Goff never beat Hank like Saquon did with one long second half run.

Do you remember when they needed the backup QB to beat NU in 2014?

Sorry, Lions fans. This is Goff’s ceiling. A quality DC and talented defense will expose him. Good luck in the draft.

I mean, I remember what Doc and crew did to Christian McCaffrey. That was even better.

Jeff, are you talking about Goff’s first game as a true Freshman where he threw for 450 yards against Doc’s defense. Maybe you are talking about his Sophomore year where he threw for 286 yards and Cal put 24 up in the first half in Evanston and they moonwalked to victory? Oh yeah, that was the game the backup QB ran for about 60 yards as a change of pace, that made NU look like they never saw a dual QB before.

what I remember is Goff taking UC to a 31-7 lead and throwing for 280.3 tds and 1 int...and UC winning the game......While Trevor threw 1 td and 2 int......but what a running back room that year....Justin Jackson, Treyvon Green, Solomon Vault and Warren Long....
and someone named Jayme Taylor threw a touchdown pass for us...do not remember him?

Goff had some big games against us.

The long Barkley run should have an asterisk. We held him to zero yards in the first half, storming the backfield and nailing him on his first step. In the second half he broke into our secondary and a ref picked Godwin just as Godwin was about to clobber him but rather than massacre the ref. Godwin went one way and Saquon went the other and got his 70 yards. Saquon is great, but wasn't that day.

And that game (Goff's first start) in Berkely featured NU guys faking injuries the entire second half to slow down the Cal offense. I was happy for the win out there but I thought that aspect of it was shameful.

Faked injuries and actual injuries caused by that thug #7. And the Cal fans giving him a standing ovation after he was kicked out for dirty play. In retrospect, might have led to CTE for Colter

I remember Ellis returning two interceptions for touchdowns. You have no evidence those players weren’t injured
