Don’t Sleep on Montana State

They're all between 6'4" and 6'8", which is good because little quick Guards kill NU. I'll take NU's chances with guys the same size.

And That's the NJCat kiss of death.....

We definitely need Brooks back for this game. Hope it happens.
Montana State played Univ of Denver this past weekend. I didn't see the game but heard it on streamed audio. For most of the game Denver was safely ahead. But in just the last nine minutes the Bobcats evidently put on a monster full-court press and nearly overcame a 19 point lead. (Final score: a 79-78 win for the DU Pioneers.) In whatever practice time NU's coaching staff will have had by game time in Evanston, I trust they're working on press break. I don't think it's the team's strength so far.

I have it on good authority he will play tonight.
I have it on gut feeling that I agree.

Just remember that last year early in the season he was leaving a lot of his shots short. It may happen again until the rest wears off.

If you remember, Barnhizer suffered a hand injury in December and it affected his shooting for awhile, I was at the Depaul game where he missed numerous open shots, but as the hand healed so did his shooting,

I remember. I'm hoping his shooting is fine since it isn't a hand injury this time, but you need legs a bit to shoot as well.

MSU shoot a LOT of 3's (29/game, 47th in the nation) but not particularly well (31%, 250th). If they get hot in any given game they can be dangerous.

NU has averaged 18/game and 35%.
