Looks like the Cats are pretty healthy going into game 2. Only 2 changes to the 2-deep: Nagel replaces Buckley behind CJ, and Brown replaces McGee at Safety. Unfortunately, this means no Cam Dickerson again, but probably wise to give him another week off.

Fitz mentioned Kuhar today, sounds like he'll be back soon, he talked about rotating 10 on the DL with Kuhar in the mix. Their plan was to rotate more on the OL, but didn't do it, but expect to next game. Fitz was not pleased with the OL play.

Did you happen to notice who came in for Park at guard when North was injured in the first half? Was it Mahoney?

Adam DePietro came in when Park was shifted to center. WIll be interesting to see how things shake out when Frazier is healthy. At the very least we'll have at least seven guys that can contribute along the OL- and that's not including Hance and Doles. Hopefully the competition in practice each week will keep everyone sharp.

If he was out against Stanford no way you risk him against EIU. Don't care if the reason he was out was an owie or a booboo

That's correct. Mahoney came in for Mertz when he missed some plays after getting dinged up. What happened to Buckley?

I was pleased to see lots of new youngsters on the DL that seemed to more than hold their own against the SU OL. Saw lots of Oxley and Thompson in there along with Lancaster who made more than a couple really nice plays. Liked that we are getting some quality experience for these guys while still seemingly controlling the LOS. The thought of a 10 man rotation bodes well for keeping everyone healthy and fresh throughout each game and the season. :D

No idea on Buckley...never saw him in the game and now he's off the two deep. I'm guessing he might have been injured prior to kickoff?

The participation report has Mark Gorogianis #24 in the game - I'm virtually sure it was Montre Hartage the other #24 on special teams. Also, no sign of Parrker Westphal - I'm guessing he still might not be 100%; same for Brett Walsh?

Parker Westphal was in full pads on the sideline. I don't recall seeing him in the game. Same goes for Brett Walsh.

Curious as to when Buckley went down...tough break for him.

Watched the replay on BTN in 60 and Buckley was in for the last play when CT took a knee. Strange that he isn't in the 2 deep unless he just didn't play well enough to keep his spot.

Any word on McGee?
No, and unfortunately at the point in the game where I believe he was injured, the announcers didn't mention it and the cameraman kept his camera on the Stanford sideline even though there was an obvious delay in the game, presumably to tend to McGee. Perhaps someone watching live saw what happened?
