This is really a bad and frankly inexcusable trend but at least we will get plenty of opportunities to atone for this with them in coming years given our future schedules, let's hope. This one hurts.

I think we were feeling too confident after dominating Nebraska across both lines. And Hilinski wasn’t pressured at all against Neb so he wasn’t ready to handle it. Seems to happen so often after a big win, and I don’t think we play better or seem more prepared after bye weeks. I don’t know what it is but seems like Fitz needs to change something about the preparation because it seems like we come out not ready in these games. That was the difference, getting in a 21 point hole. We would’ve won comfortably if we were firing from the start.

Only thing I hope is that Fitz figures out a way to stop these slow starts against Duke.

Just feels like the past 4 games they've completely had our number early and then we spend the rest of the game adjusting and trying to rally.

Today's game felt like a copy of last year's; we were the better team for 3 quarters but the 1st quarter hole was too deep.

We have lost 13 of our last 19 September Games. Something is really problematic for that to continue
