I love the 538 table

I have no idea how to calculate the "Excitement Index" on this site, but the Notre Dame-Princeton and Wisconsin-Virginia Tech games were both rated "4.6" on the Excitement Index. Those were tied for second for most "exciting" games of the day.

Northwestern-Vanderbilt scored a 9.3.

Did some research into the formula for the excitement index...
The first digit indicates the number of adult beverages required to cope with the stress. 9 in this instance.
The final digit is the number of times the TV broadcast had to be paused to step outside to puff on a cigar. That would be 3.
The small circle between the two digits (I know, it looks like a dot, or decimal) approximates the size of the typical NU fan’s butthole during the final two minutes of the game.

That is a cool site. If you hover your cursor over a team it will give you their projected win percentage all the way to the championship game. They estimate we have a 12% chance to beat Gonzaga.

Yeah, all throughout yesterday I think Gonzaga had the highest percentage of winning the second round. Not sure if North Carolina or Kansas can surpass it today if the winds blow right.
