I'm willing to give Fitz one more year but ONLY with new offensive and defensive coordinators. Of course, he may not WANT to come back under those conditions, and if that's the case, it's time to start over.

Without Doc Hankwitz, Fitz is 14-34, no bowl appearances in 4 seasons.
With Doc, Fitz is 96-67, 10 bowl appearance in 13 years, and 5 wins, including 3 over SEC schools, and two on New Year's Day.

Sometimes it IS as simple as that.
