I don’t think he’s a full bust. He’s plays fine as a member of a fairly talented secondary group. Although he does get overhyped making the most basic of plays, which grates on the Browns perpetually downtrodden fanbase.

If they got a multi year starter out of him, hard to consider that a bust, regardless of what you think. Reality is that INTs and all Ds are not set up to get the INT. Sounds like the Browns and not set up to get a lot
