I know everyone wants the freshmen to get garbage minutes in blowouts, and I can see why we'd want that, but it's minutes like tonight where they really can grow. Were they perfect in the first half? Of course not, but they kept the team in the game when the starters were on the bench with foul trouble, and neither is lacking confidence right now. These are not deer-in-the-headlights freshmen. I'm psyched.

The team has a NINE-player rotation, not a seven-player one.

Windham should have played 10 mins per night during the preseason games. Leach is not a point guard and is killing us against the press (wait until Maryland! I saw a few minutes of their game against Washington and their press is stifling).

I don’t buy the health of the starters angle. Injuries can happen if you play 15 minutes a game or 40. They are rarely caused by fatigue. I know the second one of our core 7 are tweaked with an injury there will be some “ I told you so” that will surface, but to me it’s way more random than predictable.

Not the I told you do that you planned for. Sorry nobody had to get hurt.

Kings English please.
Sorry - dropped a word. Not the ‘I told you so’ that you planned on in that instead of injury, it simply took whistle happy refs to force them into action. So sorry you didn’t get the injury you contemplated for the kids to get to play and themselves worthy.
