Congrats on a great win. However, there is no way he gets more votes than RU's Carroo. The only way Carroo doesn't win is if there is a spectacular performance from an OSU player on Monday.

Carroo was the first one I thought of too but don't forget LeShun Daniels and Wes Lunt as dominant (also) against lesser competition. We still have OSU to play and even before the game starts I'd buy stock in a Buckeye winning it over Carroo.

Carroo has nice stats but let's put it into the proper context.

Carroo should be able to do that against Norfolk St. - not many RBs have been able to have the kind of game JJ had against Stanford (and that was w/ a raw QB, so Stanford was less worried about the passing game).

UCLA's frosh QB was awarded the Walter Camp National Player of the Week on offense.

Rosen completed 28 of 35 passes for 351 yards against UVA which does have a pretty decent secondary (he was able to thread the needle on several of his passes).

If Rosen had done that against Norfolk St. instead of UVA, he probably wouldn't have been named NPotW.
