As long as they are upstanding citizens does it matter if each of our bball and fball players are not quite of the academic status of the rest of the student body. Certainly there are many athletes on both bball and football who are excellent/good students. Let’s adopt standards similar to Duke/Notre Dame. It hasn’t hurt their academic standard and it won’t hurt ours.
Let’s cut the bs. Loosen academic requirements and field revenue teams that are comparable in talent
